FAQs – Guidewire DEVTrails University Hackathon

To ensure a smooth submission process, follow these steps:

  1. Set Up Your GitHub Repository

    • Create a GitHub repository for your project.

  2. Organize Your Repository

    Structure your repository as follows:

    • 📁 /src or /notebooks – Code for data collection, model training, and evaluation.

    • 📁 /models – Trained model files (or share a Hugging Face link).

    • 📁 /data – Test data (or provide an external link if the files are large).

    • 📁 /docs – Documentation, including a detailed README.md.

    • 📁 /presentation – Slides and a recorded demo (YouTube/Drive link).

  3. Upload Large Files

    • If the model is too large, upload it to Hugging Face and include the link in README.md.

    • Use Google Drive/Kaggle for large datasets and provide accessible links.

  4. Final Submission

    • Submit one GitHub repository link via the hackathon portal here.

    • Ensure README.md clearly mentions:

      • Where to find each deliverable.

      • Any external links (Hugging Face, Drive, etc.).

Keep your submission structured, clear, and well-documented. Good luck!
